Ideal Partnership: We working as a product design house for our business partner who will be working as manufacturing/sales/support house. We will both agree on product features, timelines, financial aspects (investments, returns, profit sharing, etc) and then we will delivering the best products with best features on time and our counterpart keep selling it and we both grow mutually together - like just one company - but having two business groups.

We will working as an independent design house (i.e. we do our own R&D on our own expense) and then we will sell the entire design to our business partner in one time licensing fee and may be some run-time royalties also. But this may mean that we will work independently and we can sell the design to more than one company also.

We will sell the existing products technology to our business partner in one time fee.

We will take some product development work from our business partner.
